By accessing and utilizing the services of Sudan Services Inc. ("the Company"), you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
1. Users must be at least 18 years of age to engage our services. By proceeding, you affirm that you meet this requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. All services must be used in strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Unlawful or unauthorized use is expressly prohibited.

1. The Company provides professional installation services for appliances and televisions, including optional removal of old appliances when purchased separately.
2. While we endeavor to maintain accurate and current information on our platform, the Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of all content.
3. Financial Terms
1. Full payment is required upon satisfactory completion of installation services.
2. Service fees are subject to change without prior notice; however, the quoted price at the time of booking confirmation remains binding for the scheduled service.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
1. All proprietary content displayed on our digital platforms—including but not limited to text, graphics, branding elements, and software—is the exclusive property of Sudan Services Inc. and protected under intellectual property laws.
2. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our intellectual property without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Liability Limitations
1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service utilization.
2. The Company assumes no responsibility for property damage occurring during service delivery, except where such damage results from demonstrable negligence by our personnel.
6. Dispute Resolution and Legal Waivers
By engaging our services, you agree to the following binding provisions:
1. Class Action Waiver: Where legally permissible, all claims must be pursued on an individual basis. Both parties irrevocably waive the right to participate in or initiate class, collective, or representative legal proceedings.
2. Jury Trial Waiver: Except where prohibited by statute, both parties voluntarily relinquish the right to trial by jury for any dispute.
Notice Requirement: Prior to initiating legal action, you must submit written notice to info@sudanservicesinc.ca and engage in good-faith negotiations for 30 days. Failure to resolve the matter permits either party to pursue formal proceedings.
Severability: Should any portion of this waiver be deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall retain full legal effect.
7. Data Protection
1. Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines our data collection, usage, and protection practices. Service usage constitutes explicit consent to these practices.
8. Service Termination Rights
1. The Company reserves the unilateral right to suspend or terminate service access without prior notice, particularly in cases of terms violation, without incurring liability.
9. Jurisdictional Governance
1. These terms shall be interpreted under Canadian law. Any disputes shall be adjudicated exclusively within Canadian courts.
